This policy explains what personal information we collect from our clients and visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact details you give us in our showroom, at exhibitions, by phone, on WhatsApp or by email: name, mobile number, email address and delivery address.
• Occasion details you choose to share, such as a birthday or anniversary, so we can send greetings.
• Purchase and order details: items bought or ordered, sizes, payments and invoices, as required for billing and GST records.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or email.

We do not collect card or bank passwords, and this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To serve you: answer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange deliveries and provide after-sales service.
• To send you messages on WhatsApp, SMS or email, including order updates, payment receipts, visit and event invitations, festive and birthday greetings, and news about new collections.
• To keep accounts and meet legal and tax obligations.

WhatsApp messages

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to send and receive messages. Messages you exchange with us are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. We only message clients who have shared their number with us. You can stop promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us in person, by phone or by email; we will still send messages about your own orders where needed.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you: with delivery partners and florists (name, phone and address, for a delivery you or we have arranged), with our accountants and tax authorities as required by law, and with service providers that host our systems and send messages on our behalf (such as Meta for WhatsApp). They may use it only for that purpose.

Storage and security

Your information is kept in password-protected systems with restricted staff access. We keep purchase and billing records for as long as Indian law requires, and other details for as long as you remain our client or until you ask us to delete them.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving promotional messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
